Scott Keating Fundraising:

Scott Keating FundraisingWith 25 years of fundraising experience, Scott Keating has aided in the development of nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and churches. He has completed various construction projects and capital campaigns in his career as a professional fundraiser. Scott has ran multiple fundraising project teams and has climbed the latter of the ministry through his years of fundraising for the church.

Scott Keating’s allegiance  to fundraising started when he was at college. He went to Eastern University  and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health. At Eastern, Scott worked part-time in the Admissions Office. He moved up the latter at the university’s admission office starting off as an Admissions Counselor and eventually ending up as the Director of Major Gifts. He worked in Eastern’s admissions office until 1991. His responsibilities were to solicit funds for capital campaigns and team up with the vice president of the university to organizing fundraising events.

In 1991, Scott Keating attended Cairn University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania to continue his education and  receive his Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership. He became part of the university’s  development team and eventually became the Senior Advancement Officer/Executive Director of Regency Foundation after a couple of promotions.  In this position, Scott managed a school budget of $700,000 for the school’s fundraising projects. Scott also took the responsibility of establishing foundation grants from anywhere between  $1000 to $100,000 for capital projects and scholarships. Scott traveled often to discuss the university’s fundraising efforts, contributions, and future plans with school alumni.  Scott was able to travel a lot during his time at Cairn. He traveled all over the Caribbean, Europe and United States in efforts to obtain fundraising capital for the university.

Scott Keating took a position at Lancaster Bible College in the winter of 2013. He holds two positions, the first is President of the Ambassador Foundation and the second is as a Senior Major Gifts Officer.
